Alfred Adask
About this Special Guest
Alfred Adask is the publisher and chief-editor of Antishyster, a news magazine dedicated to shattering the presumptions and misconceptions fueling much of independent students’ fear of the US legal system, especially those now facing prosecution and lawsuits.
Professor James Duane of Regent Law School, a former defense attorney, has long recommended people never agree to be interviewed by police because of the major advantages given to police in the resulting relationship. Yet, the nature of that relationship goes totally misunderstood. Mr. Adask has defined it once and for all.
In connection with a nasty divorce, he was imprisoned. He used the opportunity to test the system. What he learned enabled him to expose the fact that it is trust law stealthily controlling the relationship between all parties involved in every criminal or civil case, and any relationship you have with the US Government in general. You will never look at trust relationships the same way.
